Showing no emotion is the definition of the term “stoic” and when looking at this image I could think of no better word than that to describe the sheep that stood guard outside this iconic church. Showing no notion that I was there let alone capturing his likeness in an image. He graced this image as he graced the Icelandic grasses; completely indifferent to the iconic refinement his presence gave.
