The horses of Camargue are an ancient breed from ages past. Being one of the oldest breeds known to us, I can’t help but think they are merely visiting us here in the present. Perhaps they merely gallop through the marsh over the centuries to give us a glimpse of a time before where all one needed was a companion for the journey and a path to travel down.
